At Auk, we want you to love your home treasures; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
